about us.

about rise learning group

Organisations operate in a fast-paced environment and gone are the days of lengthy, face-to-face training sessions.

At Rise Learning Group, we believe that what cannot be taught can still be learned. We base our delivery model on the 70:20:10 principle which advocates that 70% of learning comes through experience, 20% comes from social learning and only 10% is via formal learning, such as classroom delivery or on-line.

Our programmes take a blended approach to learning, including instructional process videos, remote micro training sessions and bespoke business improvement projects producing real, beneficial, measurable outcomes. Learners spend less time away from their day job and the operation becomes an integral part of their learning journey.

our ethos.

Everything we do is based on our four core values; customer-centricity, inspire, trust and work ethic.

Customer-centricity – We put our customers and learners at the heart of everything we do. We are open, honest and transparent.

Inspire – We support individuals to grow in confidence on their learning journey to do things they never thought they could, big or small.

Trust – We operate with integrity and build trusting relationships both internally and externally.

Work Ethic – We go above and beyond to deliver quality learning experiences with quantifiable business outcomes.
